Cairo, Egypt - Date: DiDi Egypt, a leading mobility technology platform, and Master Gas (a TAQA Arabia Subsidiary) and a prominent Egyptian company specializing in compressed natural gas (CNG) distribution, have announced a groundbreaking partnership aimed at promoting the use of CNG among drivers in Egypt. The partnership, formalized through a comprehensive agreement, introduces a range of financial benefits and loyalty programs designed to incentivize DiDi Egypt’s drivers to adopt CNG technology. This strategic alliance marks a significant step towards sustainable transportation in Egypt’s rapidly evolving mobility sector.
Under the terms of the agreement, DiDi Egypt’s drivers will gain access to natural gas conversion kits available through Master Gas conversion centers. The initiative offers flexible payment options, including attractive installment plans, making the transition to CNG more accessible for drivers as the average cost savings when using it is about 20%. The agreement also includes an innovative loyalty program that provides incentives to support drivers in their daily operations, ensuring they gain additional economic advantages when refueling.

The agreement introduces several key provisions designed to benefit DiDi Egypt’s drivers and accelerate the adoption of CNG technology. At the heart of this initiative are natural gas conversion kits, offered through flexible installment plans. These kits come with a comprehensive 12-month warranty, ensuring peace of mind for drivers making the switch. A special reward program has been implemented to further incentivize the transition, allowing drivers to earn double loyalty points when refueling at Master Gas stations.
Additionally, the partnership provides flexible and accessible payment options for CNG conversion, enabling drivers to choose a plan that best suits their financial needs with long term benefits. These options are designed to make the transition to CNG more affordable and environmentally convenient.
